These terms explain the general rules for using WISSAM. Each tournament may also have its own published event regulations.
01. Using WISSAM
WISSAM provides tools for discovering, organizing and participating in sporting tournaments and attending events. You must provide accurate information, protect your account and use the platform lawfully.
02. Registration and participation
Tournament places depend on the published event rules, capacity, eligibility, partner acceptance and organizer approval where required. Tournament organizers are responsible for communicating event-specific rules, schedules and participation requirements.
03. Payments and verification
Where bank transfer is enabled, the organizer provides an IBAN for payment and participants may upload a receipt image. Uploading a receipt is not proof that payment has cleared. A registration or admission request may remain pending until an authorized event representative verifies receipt of funds.
04. Fees, cancellations and refunds
The withdrawal and refund schedule below applies to current and future WISSAM tournaments. Mandatory rights under applicable law always prevail. WISSAM does not itself process bank transfers.

Refund timing and method depend on the original payment arrangement. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
05. Results and competition decisions
Assigned referees can submit official match results directly. WISSAM then updates public results, standings and progression automatically. Authorized administrators may correct errors through a controlled process with an audit trail; published outcomes may change following a valid correction.
06. Spectator admission
Spectator booking requires a WISSAM account. Paid attendance is subject to bank transfer verification and separate organizer approval before a single-use entry QR becomes available in the account Home page. Duplicated, resold or misused tickets may be refused in accordance with applicable rules.
07. Fair use and service availability
Do not impersonate others, falsify results or transfer evidence, access private records without permission, or interfere with platform operations. We may restrict misuse and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
08. Applicable rules
Event-specific terms operate alongside applicable laws. Where a mandatory legal right conflicts with an event condition, applicable law prevails.
