This notice explains how WISSAM handles personal information in connection with its accounts, tournaments, payments and event admissions.
01. Information we collect
When you create an account or register for an event, we may collect your name, username, email address, phone number, profile image, participation details and team information. Spectator tickets are linked to your account, and we process booking, approval and admission-check records.
02. How your information is used
We use this information to provide account access, manage registrations, arrange fixtures, publish sporting results, support admission checks, prevent misuse and maintain essential operational records. Public event pages may display team or player names, match results and rankings.
03. Bank transfer receipts
For paid events, participants may upload an image of a transfer receipt. A submitted image does not confirm receipt of funds; authorized event staff must verify the transfer. Please avoid including unrelated financial or personal information in the image.
04. Tournament photo galleries
Authorized organizers may publish event photos in a tournament gallery. The first three photos can be viewed without an account; active WISSAM members can view and download the complete gallery. Contact the organizer or WISSAM support if you need a published photo reviewed or removed.
05. Who may access information
Public tournament information is distinct from private account, booking and payment records. Access to private registration and receipt records is intended for authorized platform or tournament personnel performing their duties. We do not make receipt images available on public tournament pages.
06. Security and retention
WISSAM uses account-based access controls and maintains operational and security activity records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Records may need to be retained for event administration, disputes, security or legal obligations; retention periods must be confirmed in the final published policy.
07. Your privacy choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legitimate retention obligations. Contact the WISSAM platform operator through its official support channel for privacy requests.
08. Policy updates
We may update this notice as the platform develops. Material changes should be communicated through the platform before they take effect.
